Nursery Reveal

3.02.2015
The long awaited moment has come for me to overload you with one bazillion pictures of my son's nursery! This has been a labor of love for the past few months, but I am SO excited to have it complete to be able to share with you. And I need to say a HUGE thank you to my husband for putting up with my nonsense. The hormones, changing of my mind, late nights and indecisiveness is over babe! For now...

When we found out we were having a boy I had no clue what I wanted for a color scheme, but after late nights of Pinterest scouring I found that I was drawn to a clean, modern slate with pops of color. I also knew I didn't want a "typical" nursery with a theme so I played on modern and rustic decor with fun animals mixed in. I wanted to make this nursery a room Maddox could grow up in and we won't really have to do a lot of redecorating in the future. Plus we can reuse a lot of this furniture throughout our house.

  30. I love it! You guys did such a great job. I love the pops of color, perfect for a little boy. It wasn't until we found out we were having a boy that I realized all my nursery ideas were for little girls! Back to the drawing board for us... And the giraffes are so great. Not sure what it is about them, but since getting pregnant, I have been obsessed with those and sheep for the nursery!!
